Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.
Secure the Package
Place the jewelry in its original display box and pack it securely in a padded envelope or shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
